Ms. Joseph is a well-rounded therapist who is adept at working with patients from childhood age through adults. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Positive Psychology. Her main therapeutic goal is to support and help patients to build effective skills to manage mental health conditions, and is experienced with presentations ranging from depression and anxiety to borderline personality disorder. Ms. Joseph provides her patients with a safe space for self-exploration and offers an empathetic ear while providing tools to bring about change.
