Caroline Hughes

Hi There! I'm a trauma informed Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Restored Purpose Counseling in Winter Park, Florida. I am dedicated to helping individuals improve their relationship with eating and their physical well-being. Advocating for body positivity and eating disorder awareness are hallmarks of my therapeutic work. I also work with those suffering from other mental health concerns including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and mood disorders as well as PTSD. I see individuals, couples, families, and groups. I am a homebody who enjoys spending time with close friends, family, and my dog. I also enjoy reading, spending time outdoors and finding new adventures.
