Haley Maddock

Hello! I am a licensed therapist at Restored Purpose Counseling seeing clients virtually in Florida and in person in Winter Park. I am passionate about helping those who are healing from trauma, family struggles, and attachment wounds. I am trained in EMDR and I incorporate techniques such as DBT, motivational interviewing, somatic work, gestalt therapy, and play-based techniques. Depending on your needs, I can incorporate creative approaches into sessions, because sometimes healing happens best when we're able to explore in ways that feel safe, expressive, and supported. I work through a trauma lens, meaning I don't just focus only on symptoms, but the bigger picture. Such as how your emotional, physical, and relational experiences are shaped by family history, culture, and larger systems. I believe healing happens when all of these pieces are acknowledged. When I'm not in session, you'll find me reading a book, playing cozy games, spending time with family, friends, and my cats. I also enjoy music shows and outdoor activities to feel recharged and grounded.
