Karen Rodriguez

Karen Rodriguez, MS, OTR/L, is a bilingual pediatric occupational therapist and Managing Director/Owner of Kids L.A.B. Therapy. A proud Miami native with Cuban roots, she holds a B.S. in Psychology from FIU (2009) and an M.S. in Occupational Therapy (2014). Karen is nationally registered with NBCOT and has over 8 years of experience as a clinical educator mentoring OT students from master's and doctoral programs. She holds specialized certifications in Handwriting Without Tears, Sensory Integration, The Zones of Regulation, and the DIR/Floortime model. Her clinical expertise includes handwriting and fine motor development, developmental coordination disorder, dyspraxia, sensory processing challenges, visual perceptual and motor integration, ADD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
