Leon Mandler

Dr. Mandler began his career in psychology at Tufts University, subsequently spent two years in New York City working as a preschool and elementary school teacher before obtaining his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, and then completed his clinical internship and post-doctoral fellowship at the Kennedy Krieger Institute at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Mandler sits on the Medical Advisor Board of the Health Information Project (HIP) and served as a Lead Facilitator with the Children's Bereavement Center. Dr. Mandler takes pride in bringing his warmth, humor, and clinical skill to the diverse needs of Miami's children, teens, young adults, and families.
