Lynn Steinhart

Lynn Steinhart is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Addiction Counselor with over a decade of experience specializing in complex trauma, substance use disorders, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, panic disorders, and autism spectrum disorder. She utilizes multiple therapeutic modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and is certified as a NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) Level 2 therapist for complex and developmental trauma.
