When life feels overwhelming—whether navigating family conflict, healing from trauma, or trying to make sense of painful patterns—Neida Fernández offers a compassionate guide to help clients see the bigger picture. Her approach is rooted in a systemic and relational framework, meaning each client's story is understood within the context of their relationships, family dynamics, and life experiences. Neida brings both professional expertise and deep personal understanding to her work—as a mother of six, she has firsthand experience with blended families, divorce, and generational challenges. She offers therapy in both English and Spanish and also serves as a facilitator for the Coral Gables Counseling Center Grief Group, supporting individuals as they process loss and begin to find meaning and connection again.
