Positive Mind Therapy

At Positive Mind Therapy, we offer highly specialized, precision-focused psychotherapy for clients navigating complex trauma, chronic emotional dysregulation, and longstanding mental health challenges. Our work is designed for individuals who have been overlooked, misunderstood, or insufficiently supported in traditional therapy spaces. We provide individualized care for clients living with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Complex PTSD, deep attachment wounds, chronic anxiety, depression, and disruptive relational patterns. Many of our clients are high-functioning, insightful, and successful in their external lives — yet privately carrying a profound and persistent emotional burden. I am fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
