Regina De Los Santos

Regina "Gina" De Los Santos is a Bilingual (Spanish & English) Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Master's Certified Addictions Professional (MCAP). Her approach is "warm, depth-oriented, and embodied," and she has supported first-generation, queer, and immigrant adults in navigating addictive behaviors, traumatic experiences, attachment injury, and grief—"experiences that can disrupt one's ability to engage with life & relationships more fully." She draws from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed and addictions-focused frameworks, and Buddhist psychology, with her personal meditation and movement practices deeply informing her clinical work.
