Sarah Cozza

I am a licensed therapist at Restored Purpose Counseling in Jacksonville, Florida. My passion is helping those with eating disorders, body image difficulties, gender dysphoria (gender affirming care), depression, anxiety, trauma, codependency, cluster b personality disorders, and more. I believe that we all can and have a right to heal from unhealthy ways of living or relationship patterns that leave us depleted instead of restored. Additionally, I believe that by increasing coping skills, self-esteem, and levels of hope our quality of life can, in response, also increase. My primary modalities used are CBT, TF-CBT, and DBT therapies. I am also trained in CPT. In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my life partner (I am a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community), daughter, and feline fur babies. Since I am more on the introverted and artistic side, my hobbies include watching shows or movies at home, listening to music, reading, and expressive arts such as fashion, makeup, hair, and home decorating.
