Adolfo Rosales

Hi my name's Adolfo and I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I have experience working in community mental health, rehabilitation facilities working with substance use/abuse, and private practice. I started my own private practice in 2018. I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy combined with Motivational Interviewing to aid my clients in achieving their goals. I enjoy working with individuals that may struggle with ADHD, Anxiety & Depression. ​ To me, the connection between the therapist and client is the most important part of the therapeutic process. Therefore, I emphasize building a safe therapeutic environment. I do this by trying to be as authentic as possible and not shy away from self-disclosure. I try to practice what I preach -- finding and utilizing coping skills in my day to day. This has lead me to find lots of different hobbies... Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, archery, hunting, fishing, weight lifting, reading, meditating, drawing and on occasion, when my wife can convince me, I’ll do some yoga.
