Amber Zalman

A licensed clinical social worker and published educator based in South Florida, Amber has specialized in trauma-focused therapy for adults and teens since 2018, bringing experience from diverse settings including private practice, domestic violence shelters, and dual diagnosis treatment programs. Her collaborative, client-centered approach draws on evidence-based techniques to empower clients as the experts on their own lives while providing grounded support for healing and personal growth. Amber has also contributed to trauma research at the University of Miami and co-developed a trauma-specific group therapy program, reflecting a commitment to the field that extends well beyond the therapy room.
