Amber Zalman

Amber Zalman is a trauma specialist and published educator based in South Florida. Her approach is collaborative and client-centered, empowering clients as the expert on their own life while also providing support, accountability, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide healing and personal growth. Since 2018, she has worked with adults and teens across diverse settings — including private outpatient offices, domestic violence shelters, and dual diagnosis/substance abuse treatment programs — offering crisis intervention, psychotherapy, and mental health counseling. Amber also co-developed a five-week trauma-specific group therapy program and contributed to research at the University of Miami as a former research therapist.
