Anais Torres is a licensed mental health counselor and professional counselor (Qualified Supervisor) with over 18 years of experience in Florida and several other states. She founded Braving Vulnerability Counseling in 2018 in Miami to support clients through trauma-informed psychotherapy and recovery-focused care. With a strong background in medical psychology and psychodynamic theory, Anais has worked across all levels of care—from inpatient consultation-liaison roles at Jackson Memorial Hospital to day treatment and virtual programming in eating disorder recovery.
