Daniela Muiños

Daniela Muiños draws on multiple therapeutic modalities—including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-based techniques—tailoring each treatment plan to the individual's needs, cultural background, and values.
