At Healthy Connections (HC), we are proud to have a team of highly skilled and dedicated clinicians who bring a wide range of specialties to our mental health services. Our clinicians are Triumph Steps® certified, which means we are trained in a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to emotional wellness and prevention that blends neuroscience, positive psychology, and cognitive restructuring. Our areas of specialty include trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and substance use prevention. We work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. The Triumph Steps® model allows us to support clients in building emotional regulation, self-awareness, and resilience in a structured, accessible, and empowering way.
