Inside Out Therapy Center was founded by Veronica Montoya and Joniett Dueñas, who developed a shared vision while working together in community agencies. The practice aims to build, challenge, and empower clients to bring their truest selves outward. As an anti-racism organization, Inside Out Therapy Center is committed to purposefully identifying, discussing, and challenging issues of race and color, and to understanding and correcting any inequities discovered within the organization and its culture.
