Judi Pasos

Judi Pasos Landau combines her training as a licensed psychotherapist with her expertise as a trained yogi to offer a holistic, spiritually-focused approach to healing that integrates traditional psychotherapy with mind-body-spirit practices. She specializes in helping clients reclaim their capacity for rest, regulation, and resilience, believing that healing occurs through relationship and that every person deserves to feel safe in their body and worthy of love and belonging. Her practice serves individuals, couples, and families through in-person, virtual, and hybrid sessions, with a particular focus on helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom and strength. As a clinical supervisor, she also mentors other therapists in their professional development.
