Kimberly Watty serves as the Chief Clinical Officer at Genesis Counseling, overseeing the entire clinical team, including clinical directors and all clinical aspects of the practice. She is committed to creating a safe and supportive therapeutic space where clients can explore their emotions, develop coping skills, and work toward meaningful change. Kimberly believes in fostering strong therapeutic relationships by meeting clients where they are while encouraging growth, self-awareness, and skill-building, tailoring her approach to each individual's needs and integrating evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and art therapy to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
