Dr. Lauren Carbonell, PsyD, PMH-C, is a Florida Licensed Psychologist specializing in the psychological treatment of children, teens, young adults and their families, with additional specialization in maternal mental health services. She uses evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, positive behavioral strategies, collaborative problem-solving, social thinking, mindfulness, and self-compassion interventions. She is a certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist who provides therapy and consultative services both in-office and virtually.
