Lauren Tagliola

Lauren Tagliola serves as Clinical Director for the Boca Raton office at Genesis Counseling. In addition to her leadership role, she serves as a Marketing Specialist for the practice and represents Genesis Counseling on the Board of Directors for the Adolescent Community Network of Florida. Her work is grounded in fostering a strong therapeutic alliance, ensuring that clients feel safe, valued, and empowered to explore their struggles, hopes, and goals, with a clinical approach rooted in humanistic and person-centered therapy. Lauren believes that therapy is a collaborative journey, where clients are supported in identifying their goals, working through barriers, and developing the skills needed to create lasting change.
