Linda Collado

Dr. Collado graduated from Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami with a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She is a Board-Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Collado is an Affiliated Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and Jackson Behavioral Health Hospital where she teaches and supervises medical students and psychiatrists in training. Dr. Collado is a member of the American Psychiatric Association, the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and American Medical Association. Most recently she worked in Crisis at Jackson Memorial Behavioral Health Hospital as a Psychiatric Emergency Room attending physician and previously worked at the University of Miami Counseling Center, where she treated undergraduate and graduate students. She provides medication management in conjunction with supportive therapy and emphasizes the impact of lifestyle, parenting practices, and family dynamics in treatment.
