Melissa Glass

Melissa Glass, Psy.D., is a clinical psychologist licensed in Florida and Texas (also authorized for telepsychology through PSYPACT) who works with young adults, adults, and couples on anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions, including single-session therapy for clients working through a specific decision or concern. Her approach is grounded in psychodynamic theory and incorporates emotion-focused therapy, CBT, humanistic therapy, DBT, and ACT depending on the client's needs. She earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Wright Institute and completed a postdoctoral residency at Headspace.
