Monte Nido

Monte Nido offers four in-person locations in Florida: two Adolescent Residential programs, one Adult Residential program, and one Day Treatment program serving both adolescents and adults. We also provide virtual IOP/PHP programming, available to individuals as young as age 10 across the state. Our three levels of care—Residential, Day Treatment, and Virtual IOP/PHP—are designed to support individuals on their eating disorder recovery journey. Using an outcome-backed approach, our programs focus on helping clients rebuild a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. Clients participate in both individual and group therapy while receiving expert clinical, medical, psychiatric, and nutritional care. In a judgment-free, supportive environment, we provide the tools and insight needed to understand the eating disorder and build the skills necessary for lasting recovery. Our compassionate and experienced Florida team is committed to guiding each client toward healing, self-acceptance, and long-term well-being.
