With nearly two decades of clinical experience, Sara Dochterman brings a deeply integrative and trauma-informed approach to her telehealth practice, helping adults — especially highly sensitive people — reconnect with their inner strengths and heal at a meaningful level. She earned her Master of Social Work from Florida Atlantic University and has built a specialized skill set that includes advanced training in EMDR and hypnotherapy, alongside her work as a Certified Labyrinth Facilitator. Licensed across multiple states, Sara works exclusively with adults through a solo private practice, offering a thoughtful, individualized therapeutic experience grounded in both clinical expertise and genuine compassion.
