Wise Mind Wellness

Wise Mind Wellness is built around the concept of Wise Mind — a state of being in which opposing forces of the heart and mind are synthesized into a Middle Path, allowing feelings and thoughts to exist together. The practice helps clients assess facts first to eliminate painful interpretations based on emotions, strategically step back from conflict to prevent damage to relationships, and learn self-compassion to balance productivity and self-care — with the goal that everyone can validate their emotions, make more effective decisions, and connect with others in a meaningful way. Leehe is bilingual in English and Hebrew and is based in Boca Raton and Delray Beach in Palm Beach County, Florida, with telehealth services available across the state.
