Daniella Eisenstein is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in evidence-based interventions for children, adolescents, and families. Her clinical expertise includes treating eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and anxiety disorders, with an emphasis on individualized care and family collaboration. Daniella is highly skilled in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP), utilizing these methods to support clients in achieving meaningful progress. She is also a trained provider of SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), an evidence-based program developed at the Yale Child Study Center to work exclusively with parents to treat children presenting with anxiety and OCD. Daniella has extensive experience working in intensive treatment settings, including Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), where she provided therapy to clients and their families.
