She earned her doctorate in clinical and child psychology from the Florida School of Professional Psychology in 2012. Dr. Ranaldo is intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) through Behavioral Tech and also provides DBT-PE (DBT Prolonged Exposure), with adolescent modifications when indicated. She treats suicidal thoughts and behaviors, self-injurious behaviors, chronic depression, anxiety, impulsivity, interpersonal issues, eating disorders, and substance abuse. At DBT by Design, she founded the DBT-A (DBT for Adolescents) program.
