Erica Lachman

Erica Lachman is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern focused on trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. She uses EMDR and trauma-informed techniques to help clients heal safely at their own pace. Erica’s clients describe her as patient, empathetic, and deeply supportive. She believes therapy should be a safe space where people can reclaim strength and hope.
