About Jessica Mendez

Jessica Mendez has experience working with adults and adolescents experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, self-esteem issues, and many other mental health struggles. She is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), an evidence-based psychotherapy in which essential tools are taught to build a life worth living. Jessica is also trained in Prolonged Exposure (DBT-PE), a highly effective treatment for individuals struggling with Post-traumatic Stress Disorder. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents with whom struggle understanding and regulating their emotions. My focus during early treatment is to gain understanding of my client’s life experiences and their impact on their mental health.
