Melody Kaye

Melody works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions. She strives to create a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. When working with children, she incorporates play therapy to support emotional expression and skill development in a developmentally appropriate way. Melody’s clinical training was shaped by work in a community mental health setting, where she provided therapy across the lifespan and supported clients from diverse backgrounds. She uses a culturally responsive, trauma-informed approach and integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support meaningful, lasting change.
