My School Psychologist

We are a multidisciplinary group practice specializing in mental health services. We specialize in assessment and treatment of neurodevelopmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges in children, adolescents, and adults. Our team provides comprehensive psychological evaluations and therapeutic services for conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, anxiety, language-based learning difficulties, anxiety, depression, bipolar, personality disorders, and other psychological disorders. We serve diverse families with culturally responsive care and bilingual (English/Spanish) support. In addition to evaluations, we offer individual and family therapy using a range of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), executive functioning, couples, family, exposure therapy, EMDR, ACT, Internal family systems, psychodynamic, art therapy, solution focused, and behavior-focused interventions and more. Our clinicians tailor treatment plans to each individual's unique developmental profile, integrating strategies that support emotional regulation, social skills, and adaptive functioning. We are especially skilled in translating complex clinical findings into accessible, friendly language and crafting modular resources that empower individuals being treated.
