TCATT Psychology

Our goal is to help clients learn how to navigate their strong emotions and face situations that they have previously avoided or endured with great distress due to strong emotions such as fear, anxiety, sadness, or anger. We strive to help our clients to engage fully in their lives, learn to accept the emotions that come and go, and learn coping skills to last a lifetime. We also aim to help caregivers to support their children in this journey and to learn their own skills for managing the stress of parenting children with big emotions.
