We are 12 step based, but are supportive of any support group individuals choose to engage in - we mainly want to know that they're receiving support outside of our programming. Our Relapse Prevention Workshop focuses on five different exercises identifying relapse warning signs and triggers - the group gets very close and employs lots of peer feedback and peer support. The clinician facilitating the group assists the group members in facilitating each other's exercises. In addition, LGBTQ+ alumni are encouraged to come back every Friday for alumni sessions specifically designed for the LGBT community.
