Cari Altman

Cari Altman, M.S.Ed., LMFT trained at the Center for Anxiety and Mood Disorders at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York and spent 10 years as Dean of Admissions at a Miami private school. She holds a B.F.A. from NYU and an M.S.Ed. in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Miami. She is Gottman Method Level 1 & 2 trained and uses CBT, ACT, mindfulness-based, and client-centered approaches with couples, families, and individuals.
