Francesca Gamio

Francesca Gamio is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor whose work focuses primarily on teens, young adults, and their families. Much of her training took place in higher levels of care, where she worked closely with adolescents and families navigating eating disorders, trauma, and self-harm. She creates a collaborative, grounded, and honest therapeutic space where clients can show up exactly as they are, building practical tools for managing emotions, navigating urges, improving communication, and developing a healthier relationship with themselves. She also works with young adults navigating identity, relationships, academic pressure, and the transition into adulthood, and collaborates with parents and other providers such as dietitians, physicians, and psychiatrists as part of supporting recovery.
