Asking for help is both brave and courageous and I commend you for taking this first step. I am so glad you are here! You do not have to struggle in silence. Let's work together on your journey towards healing. It is my belief that we all have an inner child that we carry around with us. Though we have grown and matured with time, that child is still very much within, often desperately seeking the love, compassion, understanding, support, and nurturing that he or she may not have gotten at a time when they really needed it. Your healing journey starts today, and I'm honored to be a part of it. Oftentimes we may feel shame, guilt, and sadness that we do not want to feel and so we push those feelings away through unhealthy coping mechanisms. My goal is to teach you how to listen to your inner child and learn how to honor and love yourself in a way that feels most true to you. I believe in empowering my clients to develop the coping skills, self-esteem and self-awareness necessary to create positive and lasting change. Having worked with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, eating disorders, self-esteem, and more, I offer a highly personalized approach to each of my clients to help you attain the relief you are looking for. I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults as we all experience peaks and valleys across the lifespan. If you are a parent struggling to connect with your child or overwhelmed with the difficulties of parenting, I'm here for you, too. Whatever it is that brings you, I can guarantee you this: I will show up for you and walk alongside you, as it is my greatest honor to support you on your path toward the light. I believe that the foundation of all therapy is unconditional positive regard and acceptance for the person sitting across from me. On our journey, I will challenge you and guide you. Together, we will find a way. More
